What exactly is a “multi-device” IPTV plan?
A multi-device plan allows you to watch on more than one screen at the same time using a single subscription. Rather than buying separate subscriptions for each household member, you purchase one subscription that supports multiple simultaneous streams. What does “simultaneous connections” mean?
It means the number of screens that can be actively streaming at the same time. A 3-connection plan means three people can watch three completely different things at exactly the same time. If a fourth person tries to connect while three are already streaming, they will typically see an error or be asked to wait. The connection count is about concurrent usage, not the total number of devices you own.
Can I install the app on more devices than my connection limit?
Yes. You can install your IPTV player app on as many devices as you like. The connection limit only applies to how many of those devices can stream simultaneously. So a family of five could have the app on five different TVs, phones and tablets, as long as no more than the allowed number are streaming at the exact same time.
Is a single-device plan enough for a family?
That depends entirely on your household viewing habits. If you and a partner tend to watch the same things together, a single-device plan is likely enough. If you have children who want to watch in different rooms while you watch in the living room, a 3-connection or 5-connection plan is a much better fit. Many families find that a 3-connection plan covers their needs comfortably.
How does the price compare to buying multiple single plans?

What devices can be used on a multi-device plan?
Any device that supports IPTV playback can be used. This includes Smart TVs, Android TV boxes, iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets, Windows PCs, and Amazon Firestick devices. Can I use a multi-device plan across different locations?
Yes. A multi-device plan is not geographically restricted. One connection could be used at home in Oslo while another is used on a tablet in Copenhagen simultaneously. This makes multi-device plans particularly useful for families with members spread across Nordic countries.
What happens if I regularly need more connections than my plan allows?
If you find your connection limit is being hit frequently, upgrading to a higher-tier plan is straightforward. Contact us via WhatsApp and we will handle the upgrade.
